Current lead time is 18 - 24 weeks.
Semigood Design knows that your order is the life-blood of our company and we promise to do everything in our power to show you that. Lead times can vary from 10 - 25 weeks. Upon ordering, we will provide you with a delivery date. Please keep in mind these are estimated delivery dates and are subject to change. Our lead time begins on the date we receive payment.
You can choose from front door freight or white glove delivery. Front door freight will deliver the crate at your door. White glove delivery includes inside delivery in room of choice, uncrating of the goods and removal of all crating materials.
Upon completion of your order we will contact you with your tracking information. Carriers are not responsible for getting items inside your home unless previous arrangements have been made.
To expedite delivery and production of furniture, many options are available. Please contact Semigood Design at our office if there is a certain lead-time that must be maintained. The charges for this type of order vary, but are usually 20% of the order total. For more specific information in this regard, please contact us directly.
Shipping charges are estimates only. Once the order is placed we will generate quotes and adjust accordingly.
Seattle residents:
All orders to the greater Seattle area will be handled directly by our shop. Upon completion of your order we will contact you to arrange a date and time that is convenient for you.
Please note that all delivery options require a person to receive the shipment. We reserve the right to bill you for all additional charges incurred should these instructions not be followed.
